Entry fees are refundable or transferable only under the conditions published by the organizer. If the event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, the organizer will communicate the available options and any applicable refund terms.

Payment-gateway or banking fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law and the applicable payment-provider rules.
